friendsHaha what are you talking about Alfred has no friends. They met at an FF member's house. Fun to tease and be around, but they're serious when they need to be.
| Antonio's easygoing, friendly, likes food, and doesn't know (or question) Alfred's past (and Alfred would like to keep it that way). What's not to like?
...She's a dog.
Dogs are better than people.
| Alfred found Ber while he was searching for Tino after the mutant breakout and took him in. Ber's very stoic and makes Alfred eat his vegetables (the true reason why Alfred has difficulty trusting people). Still, they've become friends.
A friend from Alfred's time on the streets, and a competent doctor (though Alfred often makes jabs at that). Neither of them question the other's past, and Alfred holds a great deal of respect for Leon, even if he does joke(?) about taking Al's kidneys.

romance like Alfred knows anything about romance
enemies
others
| Alfred really doesn't know what to think about Gilbert. They're definitely too close to be acquaintances, but they're not quite friends either. Alfred really doesn't understand why the man still chooses to interact with Alfred at all after he screwed up with Ludwig. At any rate, he's too important to the FF for Alfred to ignore, and they often meet at night for the FF.
Of course, now Gilbert has a kid. And there's the whole thing with Ren. Alfred owes Gilbert, but really, he has no idea what he's getting into.
The other Beilschmidt. Alfred bought him out of the Underground through illegal means, which led to a whole mess of other things.
Alfred feels extremely about what happened with Ludwig and would do just about anything to make it up to him and Gilbert.
| Alfred's mutant twin brother. He's the reason why Alfred changed his mind about mutants and why Alfred is in Russia. Caught when they were 15, Alfred searched for Matthew fruitlessly for several years before giving up hope. He still feels immensely guilty for not saving his brother and he is one of the reasons why Alfred throws himself into helping mutants.
Seeing what the Underground turned Matthew into hit Alfred particularly hard and it's something he's still not completely over yet. He now fears that even if he saves all the other mutants, his brother will never return.
So maybe Alfred was feeling a little hopeless after Mattie and Ren and Ludwig and Gil and everyone else. So maybe he decided on the spot to help this guy and take him home. Nothing wrong with that right?
Mihai's a devious guy, and much trickier to deal with than Alfred originally expected. Still, they're making steps to working out a mutually beneficial trade... It's a high stakes game they're both playing, so let's hope it pays off.

I swear the glasses on everyone is coincidental.
