A real piece of crap. It's half rotten, has no heat, and is unserviced in regards to electricity and water. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a hearth and a small kitchen. The decor is extremely plain and basically kept the antique furniture that wasn't upholstered. Any gaping holes have been crudely boarded over for the time being until Tino has time and motivation for renovations. The house has a deck, but if you value your life you won't test the support beams under it. A sauna and a shed sit off to the side, and both are in better shape than the house. The shed is stocked with chopped wood for the fire. Lastly there's a small outhouse about 40 feet from the cabin. The property is 2 kilometers down an overgrown path that lacks any service or maintenance.
