The apartment is in actuality a loft, a small upgrade from the studio Alfred was previously living in. It's not extraordinarily big, though surprisingly decently well furnished thanks to a few scams. It's made for one person, maybe two at most. There is an upper section with a staircase that leads to Alfred's bedroom and sectioned off is his work room.

While the first floor of the apartment is his shop, the next two are used as living space. There are four bedrooms, although with one working as the master and business office, and another as a sort of study/lab, that leaves two guest bedrooms. It can be described as cozy with the occasional need for repair due to its age. Most, if not all furniture, was passed on by the previous owner, making it ever more homey along with the added presence of numerous plants. Even more can be found on the rooftop garden and greenhouse. For the slightly warmer months there is even a little sitting area up there.

A simple, white two-story house with simple but artistic furniture. Located in the best part of town, but not quite on par with the houses of most of the rich politicians. There are three bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms throughout the house. Downstairs is a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and office. Rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished with large windows and balconies. A well-tended garden is located outside. However, most of the house seems unused.

Three Bedroom house on the outskirts of Archadia, which he rents from a local Widow who no longer needs so much space. The house is old but in reasonable condition and Gil managed to get a good deal by agreeing to help with the upkeep. The first floor contains a living room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen/dining area and a small sunroom that Gil has claimed as his study/sanctuary for his birds, the second floor contains two bathrooms and the three bedrooms (one master and two secondary rooms.) The house came furnished but Gil's been steadily replacing/adding any furniture he feels is necessary. Overall, the house is pretty unremarkable for such a flamboyant personality, but it is carefully cared for, with a fresh coat of paint and well trimmed trees dotting the small lawn.

A cheap, rundown place--one main room that serves as the living, old sofa and small television included, as well as a tiny round wooden table with a rickety old rocking chair by the windows for contemplating life. The room is complete with ugly dark blue wallpaper and a stained, musty old rug whose existence Ivan loves to hate, but he won't throw it away. On the side opposite the TV and sofa is a kitchen counter with a temperamental stove and oven, the wall above lined with cupboards. There's a door by the kitchen that leads to a small bathroom. Another small adjoining room, though it was likely meant to serve as an additional storage space, contains a twin bed and nightstand. Ivan's "personal touches" involve a small bookshelf and a few pots for prospective plant friends. The AC and heater are unreliable at their best, and the slightly molding windows and walls are so shabby that cold drafts can turn the apartment into an icebox on cold days. Let's not even talk about the nighttime.

A small 2LDK (2 bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen) apartment connected to his dojo via a staircase leading to the back room of the dojo. Aside from the basic furniture one would need for himself and his pets, he owns an additional bookshelf, and a chest filled with extra supplies for the dojo. In the living room, he has a few wall scrolls of Japanese landscapes which he had brought with him when he moved. In his bedroom, he has a space in the corner dedicated to his computer and all his other electronics, including a tv and several game consoles.
[Dojo] The same total square space of his apartment, so fairly small as well. It only has room for one practice space and all his classes are conducted there. Similar to a Japanese home, it has a genkan to leave normal shoes and to the right side of the genkan are several pairs of slippers for people to change into. Half of the room has tatami mat flooring (example) while the other half has a padded flooring (example). The back room has a lock to it's door and there is a door leading to the staircase which also has a lock. All equipment he uses for classes are either in the back room or in his apartment.

Despite being located in the bad part of town, Leon owns one of the spacier apartments mainly out of necessity. It's a 2-bedroom, with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a decent living space. The decor in the apartment is mostly practical and modern, without many flourishes or extraneous decoration, though most would agree that as far as aesthetic goes, it's quite streamlined and fashionable, if understated. He keeps this space tidy and organized, with his "work space" separated from the main quarters by a drawn curtain in the living room, which divides it. Behind the curtain there is a small cot and a shelf designated for whatever medical implements he has managed to get his hands on for the moment. The other notable display is a medium-sized bookshelf, its top two rows filled up with medical and science journals.
