mm I have two scenarios:
~ nesia is lost and meets matthew in a shadier part of Archadia
~ same as the above but matthew is doing something that supposed to be a secret (like making another victim). Which brings the question does he attack specific kind of people or just any random person? Would he kill a witness?

Hmmm he kills only who the government tells him to kill, at least ideally. Anyone else's fate depends on how in good a grasp Matt has on reality. Depending on the day he might try to reason with the witness or he might just kill them for the fun of it. With Nesia, I wouldn't be surprised if he associates her grace with his mother. In that case he'd probably just be like a lost puppy, scared and begging for some kindness, so long as she didn't try to hurt him or yell at him, I doubt he'd attack her.

He wouldn't be wearing anything that ties him to the government, that way if he was ever caught for killing someone they could just blame it on Matt being an escaped mutant, but yeah... how sympathetic would she be if he didn't attack her... heck he might try to play it off as self defense so he wouldn't have to kill her

hmmm you know I'm thinking, it's going to be hard to convince Nesia, not to report this... Perhaps she runs into Mattie after he's just finished a contract, he could be beat up and bloody, but he could play that up as he got attacked?

Yes then it'd be easier for her to sympathize with him. She'd help him taking care of the wounds too and he'd be the third mutant who is injured within her presence ffff

Dear Lord, Mattie would scare the buhjeezus out of Maria if she ever saw him when he's out on a contract. Anyway, he's only a year older than her, soooo she would definitely have known him, if only from a distance. Maria is a sweetheart (obvs), but I think most kids were afraid of her power (and the language barrier) that they avoided her. They could have been friends? Maybe he helped her with her English because they left him alone while she was there? I dunno, lol.

I think Matt would definitely be friends with her at Weeds! He was such a sucker for sweet girls! All she'd have to do would be to smile and be nice and he'd gladly help her out.
