Doing his job was easy, or so he wanted it to seem like it was. The easier it looked like, the more skilled the handler was, right?
But no, Sadik's work where by no means easy. Running two business at the same time, both where jobs that was open almost 24/7, one was, the other was closed just for a few hours, but then it was some other workers who had to clean up the mess that had been going on earlier doing the night.
With other words, even if both his work where different, maybe they where more alike than people wanted to give in on.
The good thing about one of the business, was that the workers. He didn't have to look so thoroughly and hard for the one's in that one, if they where bad or not good enough, he could just fire them, while in the other work could mean life or death for himself, the worker and other people around them.
Hence why he was in a very good mood today. His business was starting to establish here, meaning he could start to look for more workers and get his business going even bigger and better. He was aiming high here, both with the cafe and the nightclub, maybe enough so he could open them on two different locations as well. Maybe more expensive, but it would be better for the customers and that he could do special events for both of them instead of it crashing with the other.
And looking for workers for his nightclub was even more of a joy, especially this one, it meant that he would get to watch both nice looking boys and girls dance in front of him in the most beautiful and mesmerizing dance there was out there on the market; bellydancing. According to Sadik, if someone really knew how to move their hips in a seductive way and had the body for it, then it was damn sure even more arousing and enjoyable than just a simple striptease or poledancing. Maybe he was a strange man according to other people, but like hell the Turk cared about what other people thought about him, as long he enjoyed himself and his life, right?
Sadik was the one to decide, but he had the one that was responsible for the nightclub while he was away with him as well, a good opinion or two wasn't too bad to get his brain on right track as well, and his friend surely didn't seem to disagree to his proposition as well.
Sure, it might not be too many people here who knew how to dance his favourite dance properly. It was quite funny to see girls lying in their application and telling they where good at dancing, but when they where on the stage, striking with confidence, and yet they could barely move their hips even if their life depended on it. Having the laugh for himself, not even hiding what he thought and he would kindly deny them and ask for the next one, telling them they might be good at street or whatever, but bellydancing was something completely else, it took years of proper practice. A bratty girl had even decided to go against him, and Sadik had kindly stepped up on the stage to shut her up when she had began to yell that 'he just sat there and probably couldn't dance it himself.'
Oh, he knew how to dance it, he surely did, not just liking to brag about it, people might get too hot if he showed his true colours, when he already was this irresistible.
Leaning back, a glass of water left untouched by the table in front of him, his friend was slowly starting to get tired of all these people that came without really knowing what they where doing, believing they would sit here all night before finding someone. Good thing the club was closed tonight, it was just the cafe that would take the hit if they still weren't finished by 8 tomorrow morning. "Next!" Sadik called out when he sent a girl away, who began to cry and apparently couldn't take a no. "Let the next one be good or else I will need a big glass of Raki.."
[ooc; sorry for the lack of design and such, I'm not home so I have to go with what I have ;; hope it's good enough for you hun!]
