Tino might park his chair by Berwald's cell and you'll be stuck with a little chatterbox all night (he might not want Tino around after a few nights haha). I judge nighttime by a reduced number of guards and unscheduled fights and meals (I'm assuming arena fights occur during the day or evening, but not past 12 sort of thing). So I think other mutants would just sleep during the time. Tino is one of the night shift guards, but he works shifts all over the place and pretty much has contact with everyone that comes in and out of the Underground. I can maybe try to start a thread this weekend where Tino's working overtime and is really tired and starts chatting with Ber around let's say 4 am? XD

Ah, Berwald will just be happy about company, he likes that! Even if he himself is not a chatterbox and rather want to listen than speak, he'll be more than happy to just have a moment, especially if Tino's not scared of him!

Ah yes, that sounds like a good plan. So he had heard of Berwald before, the; 'the weird mutant that never sleeps or eat and looks like he's about to kill all of us' kinda ish? or? Because I doubt they had met before that little encounter then? Berwald probably have heard of Tino, but never went into a deeper thought about it until he starts chatting with him haha. Berwald will be very happy to have something to pass the nighttime with! So that sounds terrific, I stamp that as 'approved'? (If we need more plot to it we can always plot that up as well, maybe on skype or something? It's easier to write there, or it might just be I who thinks that? ;; .)

Goooooood! Then they'll get along quite well! Tino usually likes someone who talks more or as much as him, but he'll really enjoy the company on some of those long nights.

Tino researches every mutant's records before he encounters them, so he'll have a little profile in his head about Berwald and what he expects, but he'll probably have heard some rumours and take them with a grain of salt. Tino's just known as the mild mannered guard who usually hands out meals or does late night patrols. Lots of mutants know about him superficially before they're introduced <3/ Yes yes let's do thisss! We can plot more on skype too if you want =). I'll try to write a post sometime soon, promise <3. I might be a little slow though XD

Now I'm even more 'ohmygodwhyyyy' because.. all my pics and everything are back home, so I have to fix the rp layout and all that jazz next week... uhh.. (I'msoonhomeagainomggg.)

I think Berwald will be quite happy as well, and not have to spend the long nights awake by himself when he's awake and can't really sleep haha. So he'll be like 'hello, stay here forever, don't leave me yes?' but not truly say it.

I was thinking because I don't really see these two getting along very well since Hamish is kinda of an ass to everyone and I'm sure he would probably hit a nerve with Berwald given only a minute to talk to him. I was thinking it would be interesting to have these two fight in the arena and just try to tear each other apart.

Oh, would love to see what Hamish would do to make Berwald really snap and fight him seriously in the arena! That idea sounds very good ideed. So they're first meeting in a cell before fighting each other, or are they just thrown into the arena right away?

I don't know how easy it is to piss Berwald off but he loves to tease people and he'd probably go as far as taking his glasses, teasing him if he has a crush on Finny. They could always be in the waiting room for the arena so they can meet before they have to attack each other. Just by the looks of him it'd make Hamish think he was going to fight seriously and try to tear him to shreds.
