True friendship is something Tino had been without for many years, but superficially, it is extremely easy to make friends with this fellow. Cheery, smiling and genuinely kind and benevolent, Tino plays the part he’s supposed to. It’s difficult to ignore his selfless acts and sympathy to those suffering. In the Underground, it would be beneficial to return half the kindness Tino radiates out, as he’s known to sneak things into the cells, like extra rations or a second blanket or two. However, it is important to note that Tino dissociates these friendships very easily and doesn’t truly connect to anyone. Relationships are a liability, especially if there’s a riot and he has to take action.

enemies

Tino makes enemies far easier than he makes friends. What? Tino with the sweet face and the genuine smile? How does such a nice fellow make such dangerous foes? Tino is an agent, a snitch, and a spy. He silences leads far before they escape knowing his face or name. He’s got a bad rep in Moscow, where he usually dyes his hair and uses a fake name. In Archadia, Tino’s identity is unknown and unregistered. He’s basically anonymous and off any record aside from a basic Russian passport. He doesn’t have any enemies (yet), but what determines an enemy is according to what order he’s under. If he’s ordered to spy, you may be a friend, but take caution because orders can change instantaneously. In one moment, Tino’s offering kind words and food scraps, but in the next he had a knife to your throat or electric probes in your back.

There’s a very slim to none chance that Tino will ever get in a romantic relationship. He has no interest in forming these types of bonds and it alarms him when people try to get that close. Tino rejects any form of romantic attention, and he always has. There has never been a moment where he has allowed himself to truly enjoy another’s company, and it’s likely to never happen.

People on the streets, randow places, familiar faces; Tino usually disregards public faces, but if they reoccur or seem suspicious in any way, he locks on and pays attention.

I really enjoyed reading your app! So, I'm jumping on the bandwagon for some possible plottage. -u- Judging by their circumstances regarding the Underground, it'd be fairly easy to set something up~

Ahhhh yes! Do the Freefom Fighters meet in the woods? If they do, Tino might run into Francis and be a little suspicious of a fancy pantsy man wandering the woods. That or try could meet at like a mall or on the street or something!

Haha yeah it held up this time thankfully!! Plotting sounds fantastic! Tino's in and around the underground constantly, and he does hang around the arena as well. Any ideas for a meeting? I think Tino will be assigned to bring the meals around so maybe they can meet when he passes food to him?

Ahhh you read it too?!? Gosh you guys are making me blush! And yes! Tino doesn't like fire, but he's not afraid of it. He'll definitely pin red flags on Ludwig's file though. Ahhhhh I want to plot with you too? Any ideas?

Gosh as I was ready to post these you replied too oh my goodness! Wow I feel really really touched right now guys!! (>///<). I'm totally open to plotting! I've been stalking most people threads since November so I've been reading your thread with Dee! I think Arthur's power is super neat and I think Tino would be very intrigued as well about communicating with spirits.

Currently, Arthur's contracted to Francis, so we could either do something regarding that, as it sounds like Tino may or may not be suspicious of Francis's 'goings-on'.. depends on whatever gets plotted there, of course... xD It may also allow for a little bit of flexibility for possible areas to meet. Or we always have the Underground, of course. Something that takes place before the auction? Either way, we could incorporate whatever we'd like into a possible thread--an exchange regarding the ability to communicate with spirits and all. xD

aah well Mihai's actually contracted to the government~ so he's really around the city most of the time, though he does swing by the Underground once every one or two months usually to visit some people and to sneak them some luxury items. |D Idk he might be on Tino's people of interest list since the gov't values him quite a bit, but that's up to you! uvu I can also provide more details of that would make things easier ehehe

They do have at least some in the first, I think -- so it could work, but I'm doing that thread with Jen. Perhaps we could do something that seems to start off well, and then their relationship proceeds to collapse as Tino gets more suspicious. uwu

Whoaaaa! I sat in the car on the way home and piled together some ideas. As you know, Tino's parents are dead and he'd definitely reflect upon trying to talk to his mom because he never really had closure with her death. It would definitely stir some feelings that would not be easy to dissociate from. It's up to Mona whether you want to meet under contract or not, because you'll likely be with Francis at all times. It could also be beforehand in the Underground. Tino would probably know Arthur's mutation background and be tempted but trying to resist =P

Oooooooh another government employee! Sorry I just read your app now and whoaaaaa what a history holy man! And surprisingly, Tino and Mihai share a decent amount of similarities. Tino might meet up with Mihai and such just to keep tabs on him and make sure he's doing as told. They might actually get along better than Tino does with other people because they both feel the same about a lot of things. Tino's definitely not one to boast about pride.

Whoop sorry I saw that thread there and assumed that's where the meetings were usually held sorry X3. I really like the idea of a novel sort of friendship that Tino develops without really knowing Francis's job, then when he hears it he tries to dig into Francis's status and starts to notice little things and maybe he starts to tail him or something to figure out what he's up to.

I'm definitely up for exploring their relationship though, but Tino must be warned--Mi hardly ever takes kindly to humans. =w=

Ooh yes. I like this. I'm thinking that it might be better to have this in the Underground, as that's probably where they'd most likely interact for something like that? Unless you'd prefer otherwise. I'm really fine with whichever, though! Haha, I'm not sure how willing Arthur would be to indulge him, given that he's human (and a government employee, no less) ffff, but I think we could have interesting interactions between them leading up to some of these tempting possibilities. lD

Hmm, Alfred likes to hang out wherever there's food...so either the Shopping District or the Central Park (both places are also good for scamming). Though as part of the Freedom Fighters, Alfred does visit the Underground (rather reluctantly, it's his least favorite duty) to keep an eye on things from time to time. He might be running a small scam with one of the local buyers (he's not going to challenge the authorities at this point as he'll just be banned and risk jail time since he's technically still wanted for questioning...and being a trickster in general) if he's looking for a reason to be in the Underground. In that case, he might call it off with Tino around and prioritize trying to find information from the man.
