While it is basically a rule of the Undernet to not give out any information that could endanger you, Kári would make a post along the lines of "Moving to Arkadiya and desire to speak to Freedom Fighters there," which would give Al an excuse to start talking to him (but if Al's had any activity on the Undernet then he'd at least know of Kári because he writes the most shit). So they have plans to meet up, and Kári just asks for some time to settle in and reacquaintance himself with the city.

Pfff they had some kind of silly blind date way of signaling who they are. "Wear a red scarf" or "Pin a rose on your shirt"

Hmmmmmmmmmm. Kári would set it up for Al to find him I feel. Al is the one in the FF so he has reason to be more wary about meeting someone irl. So idk Kári says he'll wear an Icelandic flag scarf and Al should address him as Codfish to make sure it's really him

I actually just thought of this- can Al's thread with Peter be set right before Peter's fight? I want Peter to have his words cemented in his head while the fight goes on and directly afterwords. They'll stand out in his head because of it.

One way would be through Kyle, if him and Al start spending a little time together I would think Kyle would make mention of the Kiwi if they get on the topic of Mutant politics. Al could investigate a little.

Two years prior he was freeloading/working at Kyle's bar, he may have met Alfred during that time too if he ever stopped by

Alfred's unlikely to have stopped by two years ago; would have just gotten to Archadia and he wasn't in any position to go around into bars at the time.

Alfred could investigate, but as he is right now, he's unlikely to do it unless Kyle and him are very close. He's unlikely to sneak down to the Underground with the way things are unless he has really good reason to. So hmm, might be tough to try to pull it all together...
