I'm so excited~ Hmm, well the questioning was a good three years ago, but for his recent crimes...somewhat. Not serious enough for there to be wanted posters everywhere, but it might raise a few question marks here and there, particularly about his job. After all, a supposedly unemployed man with a well-furnished flat? A bit of an oddity... Alfred's careful though, so there shouldn't be too much unless you dig further. He might be in a database as wanted for questioning, but the image would be old and Alfred changed his name somewhere in between (it's not a big leap...Alfred Fitzgerald, Alfred F. Jones...). Not sure if that'd be enough for Tino's boss to be warned, you'll probably have to make that judgment call. Hm... what exactly are Alfred's scams? Is there any way Tino's eye could catch him doing so and then tail him and confront him about it? And when he does confront him, have a whole ton of dirt on him before proposing they do some sort of scam together? Tino lives on the edge and might serve Al as an ally until he finds out he's in the FF. Tino doesn't always like obeying any and all laws if he can help it. Hmm. Alfred does a variety. Mainly smaller scams, as Alfred has a tendency to fly solo, though from time to time he will employ others (never long term though). He makes a point of not targeting the poor. He doesn't operate in the Underground too often, though it is a good place to get back at the wealthy and the privileged. Alfred would likely do impersonation scams around the Underground with little frequency and in depth research beforehand. He'd most likely present himself as an Underground official of some variety and would scam those who aren't as familiar with the Underground and its procedures (usually through "official paperwork" of some sort and transaction fees). It's entirely possible for Tino to catch Alfred in the middle of it. Doing some sort of scam together would certainly be fun. <3 (Though Al would be rather suspicious of Tino and somewhat As for dirt on Alfred, he could probably find some if he dug deep enough.

Ahhh you read it too?!? Gosh you guys are making me blush! And yes! Tino doesn't like fire, but he's not afraid of it. He'll definitely pin red flags on Ludwig's file though. Ahhhhh I want to plot with you too? Any ideas? This thread took off while I was busy Christmassing :0 But I still want to plot! As for ideas, hmm... Ludwig sort of keeps an eye on the other mutants, at least the ones he feel need it the most, and he's been perpetually stuck in the Underground for the time being. So he'd know the guards well enough, and he might try to arrange some kind of deal with the guards about splitting his winnings from the fights (because he wins a lot, what with the whole burn your enemies thing). Do you have any ideas, or should I try to come up with more?

Though he'd (hopefully) be a little more cautious and is more likely to use the ID of a lesser known official/ And gosh, that'd be so awesome. We could definitely do something like that, though as you said, it might work better when the FF is more active. Dang, that would be so much fun. We could try it now of course, but we could also do a shorter thread with just Alfred being suspicious. XD

XD Hmmm so I think I'm going to have Tino directed by an official that represents the Governor, so maybe it can be someone lesser known in a department, but perhaps from the department that deals with Tino. Somehow Tino should recognize that Al is fake and yes, it would be soooooo much fun to have a behind-the-scenes confrontation between the two <3. I've been less active (as you've probably noticed) and I will be with school ongoing, unless I start posting on the bus, which I will try to do, so it might be a good idea to try this when the FF are becoming bolder. Maybe Al could be in the Underground attempting to pass along info to some mutants when Tino overhears, or notices on a security footage or something? That might avoid initial confrontation. Say, if Tino is flicking through security cam footage after human visits and notices some sort of exchange between a guard and a mutant that isn't normal. He might then be drawn to Alfred and dig into his profile and find that he's an impostor and likely a FF activist. Then he could pop in and 'visit' Alfred for a little 'chat'.

Hmm, I'm more inclined to think that Al would more likely be scamming a guy than doing as much work for the FF at the moment. Since the FF isn't exactly active and it doesn't have (as far as I know) many or any mutant allies, there's no reason Al would be passing information. The FF seems more like an organization trying to change political views (think the Solidarity movement in Poland?) than a rebellion/resistance group at the moment. Plus, as a con artist, Al doesn't really want to be known as an FF activist (too many questions...better to keep a lower profile). So I'd say that the best bet would be for Tino to discover that Alfred is a fake or impostor during one his scams. And yes, a behind-the-scenes confrontation would be absolutely lovely.

It would be a slow progression. Tino would probably confront Al in his own apartment. He'd never protray any signs of caution in the Underground or in general public. It would be in a closed space, so probably when Al walks in the door for the night. It would be one of those 'step out from behind a curtain with a gun'. Tino wouldn't hesitate to do it, once he was more certain that Al was a scammer. That, and he'd most likely just interrogate Al about the Freedom Fighters until he was sure that al knew little or nothing. Then he'd attempt to kill Al, so there would have to be a scuffle and perhaps an alarm pulled so Tino would flee. If that happened, the interrogation would have to be done with Tino wearing a mask or in the dark. I'm getting way too excited about this xD

So would we thread this in the Underground or at Al's house? Pfff, Alfred hasn't actually done too much work for the FF in the Underground since there are easier ways to get that information than having Al go in with an impersonation. The closest thing he's done to helping the Freedom Fighters in the Underground is a very short infiltration as a new recruit that went pretty wrong so Al didn't get anything from that (except meeting Gil ff). So that shouldn't suggest anything about the FF. Of course, in the future he might... And gosh Tino, he's just stealing money, just throw him in jail and don't kill him. uwu

XD Sorry! Tino's just fixated on the FF so he'll naturally grill Al about it (and maybe promise not turning him in or something but he'll break it as soon as the questioning is over XD). Tino might just ask him about what the hell he's doing and then get him arrested. Odds are, Tino would wear some sort of mask and speak without the cheerful tone and bob in his voice. Tino isn't one for letting people go (he hates leaving people alive; they're a liability), but he can make an exception u_u
