Hmm. Alfred does a variety. Mainly smaller scams, as Alfred has a tendency to fly solo, though from time to time he will employ others (never long term though). He makes a point of not targeting the poor. He doesn't operate in the Underground too often, though it is a good place to get back at the wealthy and the privileged. Alfred would likely do impersonation scams around the Underground with little frequency and in depth research beforehand. He'd most likely present himself as an Underground official of some variety and would scam those who aren't as familiar with the Underground and its procedures (usually through "official paperwork" of some sort and transaction fees). It's entirely possible for Tino to catch Alfred in the middle of it. Doing some sort of scam together would certainly be fun. <3 (Though Al would be rather suspicious of Tino and somewhat  As for dirt on Alfred, he could probably find some if he dug deep enough.

Ludwig sort of keeps an eye on the other mutants, at least the ones he feel need it the most, and he's been perpetually stuck in the Underground for the time being. So he'd know the guards well enough, and he might try to arrange some kind of deal with the guards about splitting his winnings from the fights (because he wins a lot, what with the whole burn your enemies thing). Do you have any ideas, or should I try to come up with more?

Hm... perhaps Alfred can attempt to act as one of the people Tino knows extremely well (for instance, one of the government officials that delegates some of his missions and/or activities). Then Tino would know instantly that Alfred is a spy of some sorts. And after that, Tino might find where Alfred lives and pull a 'hello I'm in your kitchen drinking your coffee Mr. Liar. And I also brought my pistol friend and he'd looooove to talk with you' and then some sort of fight or confrontation or something and Al gets away. But this could happen later when the Freedom Fighters are moving more regularly.

Jeez yes it did! XD. He could definitely talk to Tino. Tino's starting to be more careful now that he's attracted the attention of many (which was his initial goal), so now he'd being more subtle and quiet about his helping, but Tino would be one of the guards for Ludwig to catch the attention of. While Tino will naturally be wary of Ludwig and his fire powers, he'll agree to the arrangement without argument.

PFF Tino probably would, on a night where the guard's are relaxed (like I'm doing with Arthur XD). Tino would agree, but probably only if he could bring one for himself too. But yeah! I think this is a great start! It doesn't matter to me either who starts! It's up to you! =)

Pfft, sounds good! Al would certainly be up to swiping (and altering) a few IDs for his own purposes. Though he'd (hopefully) be a little more cautious and is more likely to use the ID of a lesser known official/ And gosh, that'd be so awesome. We could definitely do something like that, though as you said, it might work better when the FF is more active. Dang, that would be so much fun. We could try it now of course, but we could also do a shorter thread with just Alfred being suspicious. XD

Pfft, sounds good! Al would certainly be up to swiping (and altering) a few IDs for his own purposes. Hmm, I'm more inclined to think that Al would more likely be scamming a guy than doing as much work for the FF at the moment. Since the FF isn't exactly active and it doesn't have (as far as I know) many or any mutant allies, there's no reason Al would be passing information. The FF seems more like an organization trying to change political views (think the Solidarity movement in Poland?) than a rebellion/resistance group at the moment. Plus, as a con artist, Al doesn't really want to be known as an FF activist (too many questions...better to keep a lower profile). So I'd say that the best bet would be for Tino to discover that Alfred is a fake or impostor during one his scams. And yes, a behind-the-scenes confrontation would be absolutely lovely.

He'd be talking with potential buyers. Getting them to sign documents that no one reads properly and wire money to him or pay in case, depending from time to time. He never (or well, rarely) does anything directly to the Underground, preferring to get money from the filthy rich.

Out of curiosity, if Tino were to confront Al, where would he do it?

It would be in a closed space, so probably when Al walks in the door for the night. It would be one of those 'step out from behind a curtain with a gun'. Tino wouldn't hesitate to do it, once he was more certain that Al was a scammer. That, and he'd most likely just interrogate Al about the Freedom Fighters until he was sure that al knew little or nothing. Then he'd attempt to kill Al, so there would have to be a scuffle and perhaps an alarm pulled so Tino would flee. If that happened, the interrogation would have to be done with Tino wearing a mask or in the dark.

Hmmmm either we start it in the Underground and we do it with a few mutants (ie you might have a thread with another mutant and Tino eavesdrops) and we continue later, or we do a 'recap' sort of event. 

XD Sorry! Tino's just fixated on the FF so he'll naturally grill Al about it (and maybe promise not turning him in or something but he'll break it as soon as the questioning is over XD). Tino might just ask him about what the hell he's doing and then get him arrested. Odds are, Tino would wear some sort of mask and speak without the cheerful tone and bob in his voice. 

Tino isn't one for letting people go (he hates leaving people alive; they're a liability), but he can make an exception u_u
