Friends

Vash isn't exactly the most social of people and keeps mostly to himself if he can help it (partially due to his solitary upbringing.) Coworkers are coworkers and nothing more, mutants are his patients and he has distanced himself from his family asides from Lili (his only "friend".) He's paranoid that letting people in will get him in trouble, and as it is—his temper is bad and his social mannerisms are formal. So step right up if you want to try to acquaint yourself with this grizzly bear, a challenge is always accepted!

Foes

Well, in his eyes, everyone that you can't trust is an enemy, some just less so than others. Due to his pre-disposed hatred for mutants, he is much more likely to consider them enemies over anyone else, however he also sees everyone who may potentially discover that he himself is a mutant as an enemy in a different way. When it comes to enemies, he'll try to keep them blind to what's on his mind while still treating them as if nothing is wrong—until his temper snaps and all he gives is the cold shoulder. If he genuinely feels threatened by someone living, he may just try to remove that "live" factor.

Lovers

Due to his inability to trust, or even remotely comprehend how people operate—he isn't exactly one for romance and he tries to stifle any strong emotions towards any one particular being as much as possible. He has the fear that allowing emotions to reign will lead him to being sloppy and ultimately exposing the fact that he is a mutant, and thus his life "ending" as he knows it.

Alfred wants to get to know Vash. Well not really but he should get to know Vash. Also maybe Elizaveta too.

We might not be able to thread right now because I have 21 threads at last count but we should totally plot.

We're (somewhat? at least until I get caught) in the same position as mutants who haven't grown up in the Weeds of Tomorrow system. I'm still not caught until that thread with Neth is finished, so I'm interested in threading with you, if that's okay? They share a dislike of mutants, despite being mutants themselves |D;;

But either way, yes I'm interested in a thread with you, whether it be in the Underground or it be outside.

I don't really have many ideas at the moment but from what I know of america, they definitely wouldn't be too friendly with each other. I still need to take a quick peak at both of your apps so I can come up with something more solid, but if you guys have any ideas let me know. You can also add me on skype if that's easier for plotting purposes!

Sweet! I don't know how long my thread with Ned will last, and I'll have to ask Puchi and the others if I"m allowed to thread outside, but I think it would be a nice idea to meet. If you have any ideas upon reading my sheet, I'd like to hear! I'm just interested in seeing how our character dynamics will play out, and how that will be when we're inevitably Underground.

Yeah, especially with where Vash stands on the whole mutant issue... XD Not sure how they would meet though...Alfred prefers to avoid authority.

Asu, I may have an idea....they can run into each other in the forest somewhere since swiss likes to hide there and just relax, and they recognize each other because she was one of the children at the orphanages that he spoke to when he was trying to find a sister to adopt. And they are both super lonely things too so maybe they'll start to trust each other after a point? Or once they are both in the underground, they'll help each other try to figure a way out???

And as for Alfred, swiss is all over the place and he doesn't like living or staying in areas with higher levels of authority for long as he's paranoid and only really trusts his own technology/security...so maybe they'd run into each other on the street and Alfred would know who he is or something and they'll immediately see anything BUT eye to eye? (Thinking about the plot that Finny said she had...this wouldn't have anything to do with it par se, but if Alfred wants information or whatever....swiss has it.)

Ooh, that would be adorable. I think they can develop a trust. I'm pretty sure they probably won't know the other person is a mutant right off the bat, and I'm certain they'll be able to connect on the grounds of fearing and hating a part of themselves. I think they could forge a sort of trust that would be able to translate into life in the Underground.

Alfred would definitely be interested in information, yes. Whether or not he would know who Vash is...possibly. I don't know how secretive the MIA is about who works for them. I don't know how willing Alfred would be to approach someone like Vash unless he had a specific reason to think that Vash had the slightest chance of telling him what he wants to know. So...alternate scenarios would be them running into each other randomly and Alfred knowing who Vash is and trying to see how willing he is to talk, or Alfred pulling a con, though I kinda see that as unlikely at the moment.
