but yes--I'd be surprised if Abel knew about his powers, or at least anything more than the regeneration bit. Anything else is top-secret government stuff.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if Mi ended up annoying him, intentionally or not. It's pretty much anyone's guess. I'm all for putting them in a thread and seeing what happens though. Doesn't seem like Abel has too much mobility so I'm guessing this would have to be Underground?

Either Underground or school could work. I have relatively good freedom of movement in both places (more than Abel at least), so yeah I'm not too limited by where you wanna have it. Mi's power isn't something that really needs to be restricted since it, strictly speaking, isn't very dangerous so I don't think there would be any particularly special checks on him, either in the school or currently. :u Unless you wanna plot some backstory or some shizz I'm fine with just having them like, share a smoke in the Underground idk.
