"Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, welcome to Archadia's first battle arena! This is it folks, the entertainment you've all been waiting for! Before the match can officially begin let me tell you some things about our contestants and what they can do. Keep this in mind should you wish to purchase them during the auction, more details about that later on."「Roleplaying Rules 」
Follow the basic roleplay guidelines, I doubt this needs to be said but on the off chance someone tries or makes a mistake it's better to be safe than sorry. Do not godmod, do not autohit, do not powerplay. A mistake is fine - but if it is deemed you are doing this on purpose the match will be terminated and the offender will lose. Your mutant will receive the highest punishment and you will receive a warning.
Feel free to go all out. You're able to use your powers however you wish against your opponent while keeping in mind the restrictions you've put in place. And while you are able to use them against your opponent, any action that goes against the crowd will result in your mutant being electrified.
- Ah yes, this is a new feature created solely for this event. All mutants have a collar around their neck, this collar can not be removed without a four digit pass code. Attempting to remove the collar earns you a Level One shock. There are four levels total, none fatal. Should a mutant act out against the crowd during their fight they will receive a Level Four shock, rendering them unable to move for a few seconds due to the electrical current. So, play it safe!
You are free to refuse to fight your opponent, we as mods understand characters differ and some simply refuse to hurt another. However, the mutant who shows or states that they refuse to fight will undergo a punishment in front of the crowd. The other mutant will simply be dragged back to their cell while the other is punished, the punishment is randomized but entirely up to the moderating team.
A battle can only be won by rendering your opponent unconscious.
March 3rd marks the end of the event and the battles! If a battle has not been completed by March 3rd the last to post will be deemed the winner.
Mutants who choose to participate and fight will get a prize by the end of the match if they are the winner. 「Punishments 」
A mutant will be stripped of all clothing save their underwear, afterwards they will be forced on their hands and knees as different kinds of candle wax is dripped onto their back and legs. The hottest wax will be reserved for last. Should they try to fight their captor they will receive a shock through the collar.
A mutant will be stripped of all clothing save their underwear and undergo a whipping. The number of lashings vary from fifteen to twenty. A mutant will receive five Level Four shocks. Naturally, as we don't want to kill you, each shock will happen between a two-minute interval.
"Let the match--begin!"

Post by Lovino Vargas on Feb 8, 2014 6:16:22 GMT -5
He's the meanest little kitty... He knew it was bound to happen.
There was no way that the humans would have been kind enough to just let him have a relaxing day chilling outside, though cold, in the sun that he so much enjoyed. When the lock to his cage was fiddled with, Lovino blinked and looked up a bit, narrowing his eyes. Honestly, they really had to give him a break from this whole show-off they had going... The underground arena had been quiet for a bit as the guards were told to not fight the mutants, mainly to help them recover their states for this very day. Just so they could look pretty, he supposed, and to be beaten up. When the guard motioned for the cat mutant to come forward, Lovino hesitated at first, but submissively did as he was told, figuring he didn't want to get hurt outside.
The guard picked him up by his scruff and carred him to where he saw a large, mobile 'arena', similiar to what he remembered as the one in the underground. The familiar scent of blood and sweat and tears attacked his nose, and he gave a small hiss. The guard only chuckled when Lovino did so, and carried him to the back room, where another human helped out in locking a collar around his neck.
Lovino fought hard by squirming and hissing when the object was shown at first, even more as soon as it was locked on and he was let go. He used his forepaws to try to take it off, only to feel a shock run through his body and make him jump in pain. As he trembled and curled up on the floor after a yowl, he heard more small snickers. As he was explained of the purpose and function of the collar, he flattened his ears and kept quiet, just trying to take everything in. They ended with telling him to not worry, that his collar was made to be flexible for his shape shifting power, so he wouldn't have to worry about it choking him or coming off easily due to size issues. That earned a deep growl from Lovino instantly, and he rested his chin on his forepaws, his tail flicking in large sways in annoyance of the situation.
Seriously, just one day out in the nice sun without any disturbance as such?
Was that too much to ask for?
Lovino wasn't curious about who he was fighting; he could really care less, honestly. He knew he was going to loose. A bait, one such as himself, was most likely only going to be shown to tell humans how violent mutants can get, or how successful his opponent could be in terms of being useful for potential owners. No explanation was needed, Lovino knew better.
So when the door opened in front of him, Lovino was in no hurry to walk out. If it was up to him, he wouldn't have walked out at all. However, the guards grabbed him and tossed him out into the sandy arena, and he landed on all four of his paws, when he took too long to move himself forward. Lovino was not happy with this, and he showed it by fluffing his fur up in anger, his lips pulling back into a snarl. The doors were closed behind him once he was out, and Lovino had to flatten his ears fully once more against his tiny head when he heard roars and announcements and the laughter and growls and... It was too much.
As it was told to the festival crowd of what the cat shape shifter's powers were, Lovino took the time to himself to flex his paws, feeling the sand under his pads. It felt... Much different from the arena he was used to. He wouldn't say that the sand made a bit of a padding for him to feel safe about falling or being slammed into it, no, it was still just as hard... If anything, it distracted him, being so low to the ground. His pink nose gave a small wiff of what was around him, but it was interrupted when his ears were blasted into by sudden cheers once more, and the door opening on the other side of the ring.
What Lovino saw made him tilt his head slightly, having never seen the other mutant before. He listened, cringing each time the microphone assulted his ears too much, as the powers were told to the crowd once more. The power to control... Ice?
Fuck.
Instinctively, the cat mutant recoiled, his body trembling already imagining being beaten to the plump by ice powers. He gulped, closing his eyes tight and bracing himself when the bell rang, signaling the beginning of the fight.

When the guards came up to Gilbert's cage, he was happily buried in a pile of fluffy snow. Not much beat being outside with all the already existing snow lying about at his disposal. While everyone else had a gross dirt floor to their cage, Gilbert had wonderful dusting of snow on top of ice. In the back corner he made himself a bed of snow to chill in until festival-goers arrived, so when the guards' footfall sounded, he got excited, thinking he was going to have another fun afternoon making kids ice sculptures. Seeing it was just Neanderthal and Jew Nose, however, made his heart sink. Their presence really meant one thing: he was fighting in the arena today. Great. " Hello gentlestinks! Such a lovely winter day, don't you think? Wouldn't it be even better if you didn't drag me to that stupid arena?" " Oh shut up and get over here Beilschmidt," Jew Nose grumbled as he unlocked the door. Well it was worth a shot. Gilbert sighed and pushed himself to his feet, making any snow that stuck to him drop to the ground. It certainly would not do to have melted snow on him when he entered the arena. Had to look pretty for the fans, after all. He allowed himself to be restrained and led from the cages to the new makeshift arena, chattering and taunting the guards the whole way. They really seemed to be on a tight leash when it came to keeping mutants in tip-top shape for the festival, because normally Gilbert definitely would have gotten a punch by the time they got to the arena. Jew Nose really looked ready to strangle him when he suggested their balls had been cut off. Ha. They entered a small side room and Gilbert could hear the crowd outside through the thin walls. Oh yes, everyone gather around to watch the mutants fight each other. Bring your kids, bring your grandparents, fun for all! His eye roll was interrupted by Neanderthal snapping something around his neck. " What the fuck-" Gilbert's immediate reaction was to wrap his fingers around the device, which was seriously the wrong move. An electric current erupted from the collar and spread across his body, making him convulse and twitch as he fell to the ground. " What the fuck!" He complained, sitting up the second his body would listen to him again. Neanderthal had a good laugh at his expense before giving him any kind of explanation. " One move out of line, Beilschmidt and we shock you into submission and make an example out of you for the crowd. It's ice resistant, so don't even think about trying to freeze it off. Get your ass up and get ready to go out." " Bastards," Gilbert muttered darkly as he awkwardly pushed himself to his feet. His fingers still twitched from the powerful shock. Complete assholes, all of them. He stood by the door to the arena with crossed arms, listening with disinterest as the crowd jeered and the announcer welcomed them to the day's event. But then he introduced the bait that Gilbert would be fighting. Lovino Vargas? Cat shape shifter? Shit, Lovino Vargas, that sounded familiar... Cat shape shifting powers sounded even more familiar. He could not recall ever meeting a cute cat shifter, and he definitely would not forget that... His door swung open as the announcer introduced him and explained his powers. Gilbert walked out and frowned as he feet sunk into sand. Sand? Seriously? That had to go. There was plenty of snow tracked in by the audience and moisture in the air to turn the arena floor into an ice rink in a blink. Much better. With a gleeful grin, Gilbert slid out to the middle of the arena and bowed to the screaming crowd. He was an entertainer, after all. Once he was pleased with his entrance, Gilbert finally turned his attention to his opponent, who was already in cat form. Wait- Hadn't Feliciano made a mention of a brother that could turn into an animal? Little Feli's last name totally started with a V, didn't it? Shit was he seriously fighting his brother's adorable best friend's brother? This sucked! Talk about shitty first impressions, but hey, hopefully he would figure out soon enough that Gilbert was not going to impale him with a shit ton of icicles. " Aw, what a cute kitty," Gilbert jeered in his arena voice, the tone of voice you would expect to come from someone that found entertainment from toying with and hurting bait. He had to seriously sell it to get away with going easy on the bait. " You look like you need a pick-me-up, meeoow." The ice beneath Lovino created small walls around him to keep him from sliding away it rose several feet of the ground. A ramp formed going down from the platform and it fed into an curved ice track that would send the feline in circle. With a gleeful smile, Gilbert made some ice skates for himself and circled the platform the cat stood on. " Oh, well, now it looks like you need some help getting down, don't you think?" The small walls around the platform dissipated and with a laugh, Gilbert gave Lovino a small push down the ramp. made by MISSO on IOF

He's the meanest little kitty... Lovino heard himself squeak when he felt the sand quickly change to ice, the arena turning into a literal skating ring. His pink pads felt sensitive on the cold, and the fur in between then made him look like an idiot struggling to stay standing up, resulting in a comical slip starting from his back paws, making him flop his bottom onto the cold ground with a light thump. Immediately he felt panic rise in his chest from unable to even stand, as he struggled to get back on all four of his paws, the back legs refusing to cooperate. He heard the crowd roar and scream in pure satisfaction for the entertainment, the 'magical' powers that the mutants could possess, as Lovino's opponent bowed as if he was used to the positive feedback from humans.
The man looked strange, not that Lovino really had much to talk about that having cat features even in his human form, but the colors were a bit off. While he had seen mutants with extra body parts, he had yet to see someone with weird coloring. The white hair stuck out easily in view, and the red eyes made him tremble under the gaze when he felt the other glance at him, giving him attention. He gulped softly and braced himself, though couldn't help but to try to get away from the situation at the same time, not wanting to be hurt. His goal was to survive the competition, not necessarily win it (oh Lovino knew how impossible that was; he had yet to win one fight in any of these mutant fights that he was forced into). His body had grown used to being beaten constantly, but that of course didn't mean it took the pain away every time it happened. Lovino was just as delicate on it as he was when he first started.
Hearing the male's voice was no comfort, either. The sensitive ears picked up every whisper, every mutter from the crowd, but the albino's stuck out loud and clear into them. The cat trembled and instinctively curled up slightly when he was approached, his forepaws slipping as they tried desperately to scoot the cat away as far as possible, failing to do so with the fur.
Would it be better if he changed into his human form...? Would he at least be able to walk, then? Lovino desperately thought of his options of doing so, shaking his head mentally right after. Really, what change would it make? He was at least much more agile in his animal form, and the fur provided protection from the human eye to shield the scars that littered his skin. He hated seeing them, and he doubted the humans felt any different. The mocking meow was what caught his attention, and he literally yelped when a wall formed around his body, trapping him in a circular wall of ice. He immediately clawed at it, hissing when the cold went from his claws through his nerves and making him tremble in the process. A frightened yowl passed him right after however when he felt the ground rising, his eyes widening in pure fear. What the hell was going on...!?
He was able to see the ground becoming farther from him as he was forced higher into the air by the rising platform, and his eyes caught a ramp that formed right after, leading down to what looked like an over-sized bowl. Confused and afraid, Lovino circled within the walls until he heard the voice again. The walls disappeared in what felt like an instant, and Lovino found himself frozen in fear on top of the high platform, staring down at the ice field underneath.
"Oh, well, now it looks like you need some help getting down, don't you think?"
Lovino at first felt relieved, but his mind was confused. Get down as in... Was he going to get picked up? Of course not. As the hand was raised, the cat's eyes widened in an instant.
No.
No no no.
Lovino quickly tried to dig his claws into the ice platform, shaking his head. He mewled pitifully when he was pushed, both his front and back paws working to their best to cling to the ice, afraid of the ride down. His form trembled as he looked up at Gilbert his way down, managing to slow down the sliding action by leaving claw marks the way down.
"No... Please no..!" He pleaded, his voice desperate and whining in fear. This wasn't fair...! He couldn't even stand; how the hell was he supposed to 'fight'!? The albino's voice made him unsure whether pleading would get him out of the situation, seeing he seemed like a man who enjoyed beating the crap out of baits just as himself, but he couldn't help but to try. The loud, high pitched noise he created by clawing at the ice the way down seemed to aggravate the humans around them, as they growled and started yelling in complaints about their ears hurting, as if he was literally scratching at a chalk board in a classroom. The cat ignored it the best he could and continued, his fur standing on their ends all over his body, too afraid to slide down at a fast speed. Seriously... What the hell did they expect in a match just like this one!? What was this supposed to accomplish...?

This was awful. Downright awful. Gilbert hated this part of his act with every fiber of his being. The poor bait mutie was completely terrified, desperately trying to stop his descent to an icy spin cycle. His claws were doing a pretty good job, actually. Lovino should have just slid down and immediately gotten stuck spinning in the ice circle, but the cat still had some wits about him to fight the inevitable. Gilbert had half a heart to save him from his fate, do something else to terrorize him to reward him for his tenacity. And then Lovino spoke. "No... Plesase... no!" The cry came out of that little cat form, terrified and desperate. Gilbert bit his lip and could swear he felt his heart breaking in two. Come on! It was hard enough acting like a sadistic dick as it was, but to torture such an adorable and terrified kitty? This was fuckin' awful! Gilbert wanted nothing more than to scoop up the kitty-mute and give him a big hug, snuggle into that really soft looking fur and save him from this shitty 'fight.' But he really couldn't. Any amount of fear and cold Lovino experienced at Gilbert's hand was nothing compared to the punishment they would more than likely both receive if Gilbert did not put on this act. It wasn't as if a cat could take him down.
The crowds yelled and protested against the loud screeching Lovino created with his claws, bringing Gilbert back to the present. Right, put on a show, have no mercy. Gilbert laughed and did a little spin on his skates. "The kitty doesn't want to go for a ride? That won't do! Looks like you need s'more help kitty-cat!" It was all to easy to create skates out of ice, much like his own, beneath Lovino's paws. Gilbert remembered hearing somewhere that the pads of a cat's paws were super sensitive, so he did his best to help Lovino out, anchoring the skates with ice around his furry legs so there was a gap between the bottom of his paws and the ice blades.
Without any resistance from Lovino's claws on the ice, there was nothing stopping him from sliding down the ramp. The skates only added to his speed, rocketing the cat into the ice circle. Gilbert let out a gleeful whoop as his stomach reeled. "Look at him go!" He jeered. Grinning like a madman, Gilbert skated around the structure and lazily followed the rapidly spinning cat. "I wonder if it's possible to pass out from getting too dizzy," Gilbert mused to the crowd, doing a spin of his own with a laugh. "Wouldn't want that, would we?" Surely Lovino had spun around enough for the crowd at this point. Gilbert dropped the ice ramp, abruptly ending the whirling torture. He squat, resting his head in his hand as he stared at the cat. He's the meanest little kitty... The ice burned on his paws and claws. As the sharp claws dug into the sculpture the albino made, Lovino winced and flattened his ears. The crowd's roaring didn't help him, only making the situation worse by making him tremble, the noises assaulting his sensitive ears making him want to permanently block his ear from any noise in the future. He closed his eyes slightly until he noticed that his 'enemy' was skating closer to him, saying something. Too concentrated on the roar from the crowd, Lovino was unable to understand what he said, not that he figured it would matter anyway.
When what seemed like ice boots formed on his paws, Lovino let out a terrified mewl. Immediately he lost grip on the ice and went shooting down the ramp in picked up speed, the momentum enough to send him spinning rapidly in the round pit. It felt like forever, seemed to go on for an eternity. The crowd's roars turned into cheers and amused awes in an instant, and that just angered the cat mutant further.
They knew who was going to win. There was no question at all, so why bother watching or cheering for such an event? He felt sick, but whether it was from anger or the dizziness Lovino was unsure. When the pit finally opened and he slid across the frozen arena, or what seemed more like a skating ring at this point, he felt the entire world spinning around him.
His eyes were unable to focus, the same thing appearing as three or five clones next to one another. His belly felt cold touching the ice under him, but there was nothing he could do. He was swimming in the moment of dizziness, everything in his body seeming as if it was rocking to and fro inside his body. If it wasn't for his tiny, almost filled belly, he would have been vomiting all over.
Only after he was able to regain some sort of balance in his mind did he try to move, his paws slipping and failing under him in an instant and making him slide back flat onto the ice. He grunted when his chest and chin slammed onto the ice underneath, the warm fur doing nothing to protect him from the frozen field. If only if he could stand, he could shake his body and hopefully regain himself from his dizzy state, but the skates prevented even that from happening. Frustrated and afraid, Lovino looked up at the snowy haired male, trembling visibly in fear.
There was nothing he could do. His claws were blocked with the ice mittens and his fangs were only useful if the man got close enough so that Lovino could actually bite; though judging from what he had seen the other do so far, the German didn't need to even get close to harm him, and so even possibly the other touching him to give him a chance was slim to nothing. What to do, then?
Gulping, he lowered his ears submissively at the words that were spoken to him with the thick accent. This was always what happened. The other had no reason to hold back; he was a bait. An easy access to meal and good treatment for the stronger mutants. A fight only used to show off how strong they can be, how much of a show off they wanted to be around humans... And Lovino felt so tired of it. Everything just seemed so pointless. The ice-controller had yet to hurt him, and Lovino knew that much, which made him fearful even more. It was as if he was just going to play around and slowly torture him to his death... "J... Just kill me, please..." He begged in soft mewls, not wanting to deal with pain anymore for it to come forward. Quick and painless... Surely this mutant would know how to do so, right...?

Any other situation, the cat's behavior would have been amusing. What was there not to love about a cute cat slipping on ice and chilling on his stomach? But any other situation Gilbert would not be terrorizing the cute kitty to lead to his current situation. Any other situation Gilbert would have scooped up the cute kitty and hugged him tight by now. But no in this situation, the kitty fell over and looked up in fear; trembling in complete and unadulterated fear. His ears flattened against his head as human words came from the feline mouth, "J... Just kill me, please..."
No, no, this was not fair. Why could he talk in cat form?! Gilbert's heart clenched and he struggled to keep his cocky grin from falling. He had not hurt Lovino, had he? He had been trying to hard to make sure he did not injure him! Was Lovino seriously so scared of Gilbert that death seemed preferable to anything else at this moment? God, he hated this.
The crowd jeered as the announcer repeated what Lovino said, the mewls much too quiet for anyone other than Gilbert and the officials to hear. Their bloodlust was disgusting. The people that attended this events were worse than scum. Oh how Gilbert would love to shower them in ice shards, see how much they loved the arena covered in tiny little stinging injuries. Of course, only an idiot would act on that desire... For now... Gilbert stared at the trembling cat. Goddammit how was he supposed to keep up his act in the face of that? He would just knock Lovino out and finish it, but he had no idea how to safely knock a cat out. And who knew how injuries in cat form would translate into human form...
"I don't think the kitty deserves a dignified and entertaining death after that!" Gilbert yelled to the crowd as he slid closer to Lovino. He picked him up, wrapped his arms around him like he was strangling him, flexing his arms to make them look strained. "Listen I don't want to hurt you man, definitely don't want to kill you. I'm trying to get both of us out of this fight without the guards taking delight in torturing us if I didn't do this." He spoke quickly, face hidden in Lovino's fur so no one could see his moving lips and wonder what he was saying to his 'victim.' "Normally I just knock out my bait opponents when the crowd is satisfied enough with the show, and I would knock you out now man, but I have no fucking idea how to safely knock out a cat. Like go human for two seconds or something, please, I really don't want to hurt you more than I have." made by MISSO on IOF

He's the meanest little kitty... Hearing his own words repeated by the officials for the crowd to be entertained by, Lovino couldn't help but to close his eyes in humiliation and submission. He was just so tired of the treatment he always received for being in the arena. To be laughed at, tormented, mocked, tortured... He'd rather die than to keep living the life to have it continuously happen to him. What was better than death at this point, anyway? No one would care if he were to give up on life. His parents were the very ones that Lovino himself ran away from and put himself in such life. His brother was one that knew how to live a life of a slave; he even seemed to find joy in it from time to time with how much he managed to smile and laugh even in the underground while talking to random other mutants or humans even. He didn't need his pathetic 'big brother' around. In fact, if anything, he was most likely an embarrassment and failure in his brother's eyes. A betrayer to the family. Lovino also didn't necessarily have close friends as they all were pushed away by the cat mutant himself, and owners? Hah, they all only wanted a housepet for their entertainment or they were creeps with fetishes for animal ears and tails being on their maids.
So in the end, no one would've cared if he lived or were to die in this battle.
As he heard the albino mutant make his way over with annoying screeches of ice against ice from his sliding, Lovino kept his ears flat against his head, just waiting for a quick blow of pain to rush through his body again like always. For the male to finally say he was bored with playing around and to just end the battle. The cat gave a clear flinch as he was lifted into the man's hold, cradled carefully yet an arm under and around his neck. Strangulation? Hah, and here he was hoping for a quick and painless death...
It seemed they all wanted to hurt him and make him suffer a long and painful death in the end. Guess there was nothing wrong with that. Why waste mercy on a pathetic animal when it would only result in meals getting skipped?
Letting his limps fall limp, the cat felt his fur bristle in alarm, but he forced himself calm. His heart raced at first until he steadied his breaths, just waiting for the strangulation to start. He felt the other mutant push his face against his fur and couldn't help but to give out a small growl.
Oh no. God no. Please, don't show mercy now.
He was so ready to go.
"Listen I don't want to hurt you man, definitely don't want to kill you. I'm trying to get both of us out of this fight without the guards taking delight in torturing us if I didn't do this."
Hah, that's what they all said... In the end, it was all about themselves not wanting to take the role of feeling guilty for killing another mutant. Flexing his claws slightly, Lovino grunted softly and was about to retort, but instead he was stopped as the man continued to speak.
"Normally I just knock out my bait opponents when the crowd is satisfied enough with the show, and I would knock you out now man, but I have no fucking idea how to safely knock out a cat. Like go human for two seconds or something, please, I really don't want to hurt you more than I have."
...Change... Back?
His eyes widened almost instantly hearing the albino ask him for him to do so. He began trembling, what feeling like fear and shame rushing through his body. Changing back now meant letting the whole arena... The crowd, see his skin. The skin he himself hated looking at, covered in scars and marks of abuse that reminded him where every rebellion against humans lead to. He hated looking at them himself, and was self conscious in letting others, humans especially, see them.
In this form, he was protected.
However, in this form he was also destined to suffer much longer in this battle. Suddenly wanting to live, more from given the choice to be able to without a fight, he closed his eyes tightly.
"...You better do it quick, bastard." He muttered in soft mewls and hisses, trying to sound strong despite his own current situation. He took a deep sigh and breathed in heavily, concentrating on his transformation. The sickening noises of bones growing and snapping into place started, and the cat in the albino's arms grew almost in an instant, the fur getting replaced with pale, scarred skin and limbs stretching in length. Within seconds he was in his human form, frail and shaking in obvious discomfort, feeling exposed and vulnerable despite the clothing they provided for him to wear covering most of his body. He heard the crowd mutter words, them all cluttering into murmurs, and he tried to block it out, already almost crying. "Hurry up...!"

Gilbert feared for a moment that Lovino was not going to change into his human form, that he would try to fight back. He felt the cat's claws flex and his stomach roiled at the possibility of this fight getting dragged any more than it already had. But the flexing stopped and he seemed to be sincerely listening to Gilbert's pleas. This was hopeful. Oh please, please turn back. The small cat was trembling and the seconds dragged on. The jeers and shouts from the crowd sounded so distant as Gilbert focused all his attention on the opponent in his arms. His heart raced. Were they taking too long? Hopefully the announcer nor guards would question the delay in strangling the cat. It had not been that long though, surely his sense of time was going out of whack with the pressing need to end this fight.
"...You better do it quick, bastard," Lovino hissed. Gilbert let out a sigh of relief as he felt Lovino take a deep breath. The transformation from cat to human was faster than Gilbert expected. It felt weird, holding a fluffy cat one second and then suddenly hugging a gangly, trembling man. Gilbert did not have the time to process the transformation, he was already moving as Lovino cried, "Hurry up...!" It was all too easy to bring a firm hand up and karate chop at the back of his neck. He crumpled in his arms and the crowd exploded. Disgusting.
He dissipated the ice covering the arena, reverting the floor back to its sandy state. It was a lot softer to drop Lovino on than ice. Gilbert stared at the man with an intrigued gaze. His form was human, but his fluffy cat ears and tail remained on the human body. It would have been cute to see outside of the arena. All along his arms and neck were scars of various sizes and age. There were probably more hidden by his meager Underground clothes. No wonder he had been reluctant to change back. Scars had stories, that many scars had some kind of traumatizing story with them. Scars made people stare and react in countless ways; pity, contempt, amusement, curiosity. Gilbert only felt guilt at the sight of those scars. If only they had managed to meet under different circumstance, if only he did not have to resort to forcing Lovino to revert from the form he obviously preferred to remain in. With a heavy heart, Gilbert twirled on his heels and threw his arms up in the air to the crowd. "Well can you believe that sight! I was wondering if I was even fighting a fellow mute for a bit and not just a random cat that the guards picked up and threw in the fight!" He laughed and put his arms behind his back as the guards came out to retrieve the fighters. At least this was the end of this fuckfest. made by MISSO on IOF
