positive | | | Their relationship is a rather complicated one. They first met at Weeds as young children and became fast friends, a relationship which eventually grew into something of a(n occasionally unstable) romance. They do clash on a number of occasions—arguments are not a rare occurrence—and Mihai often wishes Arthur would be more mindful of his own interests, especially since they've been separated. Though Mihai does visit him from time to time, he tries to keep the meetings inconspicuous and relatively short in a way that is incredibly unsatisfactory for the both of them. Mihai has a good reason to do it though—Arthur is someone he cares deeply about, and is likely the only person who he would go to great lengths to protect. | Mihai met Ludwig after the other asked him to borrow some books from the library, from which the latter had been banned. Mihai tends to enjoy teasing him, and finds it fun to try to get the usually straight-laced man to bend a few rules here and there. He visits Ludwig sometimes in the Underground, though it pains him to some degree to see someone with so much potential locked away in a cell. | They both attended the same school and are currently owned (ugh, such a disgusting word) by the government. Mihai likes Kylan for being someone who will first listen then reason, as well as being level-headed and calm. He's relied rather heavily on Kylan for emotional support since they left Weeds and since things have gotten more difficult for them, so Kylan has seen him at his much less-than-pretty moments. He often wishes he could return the favor, but Kylan never asks anything of him. | | | | They get along, though the true nature of their relationship is of a more unfortunate sort. Sadik is the one that feeds Mihai's unfortunate addictions, supplying him with all nature of substances. Still, it's better than what Mihai had been doing beforehand; namely, nicking from the government's storage. On a personal level, Sadik is sympathetic towards mutants and even seems to like Mihai to some degree... Mihai's still a bit wary, but overall, Sadik is by far one of the least objectionable humans he's met.
negative | | | Mihai hates him. A lot. Vash has laid hand on him personally, which could have been disregarded easily enough if he hadn't also hurt some of the people Mihai cares for most. He can't even put into words how much he wants Vash dead, but he doesn't have the guts to do it himself... So he can only do the next-best thing. He's completely responsible for seeing Vash to the Underground, and he can't feel any more justified to have done it. | He doesn't know what Hamish has against him; they just happened to meet Underground one day and Hamish decided to attack him. He still has gotten neither explanation nor apology for it, not that he expects one, though he would generally prefer if they didn't meet again.
neutral | | | Mihai has some very mixed feelings about Mr. Jones. For his part, Alfred doesn't seem like a bad person. On the contrary, he might even be considered good in Mihai's books as someone who messes with the government (not that he has verbal confirmation about Alfred's activities). However, Alfred is also much too naïve and idealistic for Mihai's tastes, and he resents how Alfred acts like he can understand mutants' situations. | Uuh—idk we were going to do that one thread for chipping but then that sort of dropped, so..???? | They've only met once over a drink, and Tino seemed nice enough. Mihai is still cautious around him though—it's just there's something about the man that makes his skin crawl. | | | | Mihai found Feliciano after the breakout in the Underground. He ended up unable to obey his orders to capture escapees and allowed Feliciano to go. He found himself too sympathetic to the other, and it just proved impossible to turn someone in for doing what he wished he could do.
