Since I'm constantly asking questions about the world, might as well keep record of the answers I've gotten from Puchi and Dee and Saph* uwu I'll just continuously be adding more stuff as I ask more questions. Because endless questions.

Weeds
- Uniforms = no
- Younger kids would probably have the chance to pack some things before going off to school. Volatile/older kids like Gil would basically be scooped up with whatever they have on them. Anyone can go to the teachers to ask for more clothes, blankets, or any kind of necessities. Teachers will provide with whatever they can get. The government will fund for simple needs like that.
- Coming in late Gil would have been tossed into the dorm after getting the rules explained. Would have been tested quickly to see where his levels were at everything (whereas other mutants would have spent the first three years of school doing such). From there everything would be focused on teaching him how to be a 'good mutant' around humans.
- they don't have many dorm rooms to afford a mutant to be on his own
- can be 3 to a dorm
- room assignments can be shifted around every year after graduation
- Younger children are brainwashed with twisted anti-mutant/pro-slavery fairy tales :3
Underground
- Cells have: bed, toilet, sink
- 3 at most to a cell
- Some special accommodations are made to keep mutants sellable/under control (Hammy's cell kept in complete darkness/light, Gil with sunglasses, chained linked fences along the bottom half of the barred wall if Lovi's in the cell)
- Shower time: a hose. if you don't let them handcuff you and remove you enjoy a soaked cell
- Most prison-guards carry batons and tazer/stun-guns, so I'd say that'd be the norm in the Underground as well? Though I'm sure the experienced guards have a more...dangerous weapon or two, in case of a break-out, riot, etc
- On Arena: Think of the interior as something similar to a circus or boxing match arena. There'd be a cage around the circle. Though the area in which they'll be fighting is a bit bigger than the provided images, that is the general layout for the indoor arena the matches will be taking place in. If you notice, it's an open cage, so while it is possible for the mutants to climb out -- well, the cage has a lovely feature built in so if a mutant were to try escaping that way they'd have some high voltage electricity running through them in a mere second. The crowd will also have protective glass around them in case a mutant purposely sends an attack towards any onlookers. Should a mutant go that far, the match will be halted, the other mutant will be led back to their cage and the crowd will bear witness to a public punishment of sorts. This punishment can range from whipping, beating, or electrocuting. If the mutant tries to do anything during said punishment, there are two sniper guards on hand with tranquilizers ready.
If a mutant refuses to fight, the same punishment as above would apply. If they continue to be obstinate then yes, that punishment would take place over the entertainment of the fight. However, there is also a new punishment that will be introduced as an alternative in place of the other three should a mutant refuse to cooperate during the match. First, they will be sedated with a muscle relaxer and their hands will be cuffed behind their back. Afterwards, the mutant will be stripped bare to stand naked before the crowd and forced on their hands and knees, from there, different kinds of candle wax will be dripped onto their back. Not enough to burn the skin clear off, but enough to cause massive amounts of pain. - Arena designed as such
