Well, she would be, but I'm not 100% sure where Mihai frequents and if they'd overlap at all. XD Yeah, probably want to keep this between the two of them, hmm. If they cross paths in the city it'll be interesting because Elizaveta really can't be quite as harsh towards Mihai as she normally is in the Underground.

XDDD You might have to define genuine, because I'm pretty sure that their first few most certainly won't be, at least not for Eliza. But eventually if she thinks Francis isn't quite the manipulative bastard her mother is, she may soften or warm up to him.

whoops forgot to reply. yuy as for where he goes... libraries, cafés, occasionally the park. preferably nowhere with too many people. he doesn't usually stick around the main part of the gov't building... i imagine they'd just try to avoid the hell out of each other in the city though ff (if i don't make eye contact maybe she won't notice me; yes, just keep staring at the table, good) u_u;

I have a feeling Eliza probably is kinder to Ciel since she's a girl and Eliza knows it's probably tough on her in this place. She can't show Ciel too much favoritism, but she might take Ciel out of her cell from time to time and invite her to her office.

Everyone plays favorites. Not being sexist, if Ciel was a suck up and a pushover, Eliza would hate her. >> But she is naturally inclined to pay more attention to Ciel for being a girl.

Hmm...well, we could do something where Ciel demonstrates her talents and skill in strategizing. That's something Eliza can respect. Though I'm not sure... I know Luds and Eliza get along because he does her paperwork for her. XD And Eliza really probably shouldn't take Ciel out of her cell often or long without a reason. Though maybe they can just talk. I think they'd separate male and female mutants in the Underground, not sure though.

bUT YEAHHHHHHHHHH okay Ciel would just be herself and she likes talking about knowledgeable things -- Ciel also wouldn't mind helping with paperwork if it meant she could do something regarding writing and whatnot. /o/

They could strike up a conversation that way. Ciel would at least catch Eliza's eye and she'd stop to talk to her a little maybe. Pfff, Eliza still confuses me a little. And she would always love help on paperwork. XD We could just start a thread based on that, unless, idk, you have any other ideas?

He'd be happy to get out of his cell, do something engaging, have a nice chat, and maybe try to finagle some special treatment for his friends/family in exchange for his work (not sure how well that would fly in Gil's case but he's going to try regardless). And don't worry about the confidential stuff. Even if he had it, Lud's not much of a rule-breaker.

Pfff, that would not work well for Gil. u.u She's just trying to forget Gil as it is. Probably makes her have second doubts about what she does every day. But I have a feeling she likes Feli so she won't be against it. Still, Luds will have to work pretty cautiously when asking her. She might like Ludwig, but she can't be seen showing too much favoritism or kindness to any of them.

People know, but it's not something she spreads around. Ciel may have heard the guards talking about it. But if Ciel asks, Eliza will shut her out. Most people just use that fact as a way to get close to her and use her, so she'll be wary of the topic if it's mentioned.
