Located in one of the wealthier areas of Archadia, Roderich is probably one of the youngest owners on the street. Most residents are connected to the government and thus is it a very short distance from the park and City Hall. It is three floors, with an attic and a cellar below, a cellar that predates the building itself. Quite a few of the rooms are sparsely furnished due the abundance of space and lack of people to fill them. The mutant(s) get their own rooms, though the hallway connected them is usually locked, especially if guests are over.
